At Court Street Journals, I stand behind the quality of my handmade work. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help. Please review the return guidelines below based on your product type.
π¦ Ornaments & Non-Custom Flowers
Return Window: 14 days from receipt of item
Condition Required: Original condition and packaging
Refund Timeline: Within 7 days of receiving returned item
Return Shipping: Customer responsibility
Restocking Fee: None
I accept returns for non-customized ornaments and paper flowers within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once I receive the returned item, I'll issue a full refund within 7 days.

Return Window: 14 days from receipt of item
Condition Required: Unworn, in original condition and packaging
Refund Timeline: Within 7 days of receiving returned item

Important: For health and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn. Unworn earrings in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Journals can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.

Returns: Not accepted
Due to the personalized nature of custom work, I cannot accept returns on any item that has been customized or personalized. This includes:

β’ Any other made-to-order customizations

How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item
Step 2: I'll provide you with return instructions
Step 3: Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging
Step 4: Once I receive and inspect the return, I'll process your refund within 7 days
Contact me: Email or message me through my shop with your order number and reason for return. I respond quickly and will make the process as easy as possible.
