Court Street Journals Return Policy (Retail)

1) Ornaments and non-custom flowers:  I accept returns for non-customized ornaments and flowers within 14 days of purchase.  I will issue a full refund once the items are returned to me in their original condition.  I do not charge a re-stocking fee.  Buyers need to pay return shipping costs.  Refunds are issued within 7 days of me receiving the items.

2) For obvious reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn.  Un-worn earrings can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.  Refunds are issued withing 7 days of when I recieve them in their original condition and pakaging.  I do not charge a restocking fee.  Buyers need to pay return shipping costs.

3) Journals:  Journals can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as they are unused and returned in their original condition.  Refunds are issued within 7 days of the items being returend to me.  Buyers need to pay return shipping costs.

4) Customized items:  I cannot accept returns on any item that has been customized or personalized.
