Arrived late for Christmas but not the fault of the seller. The item seemed to be stuck in a shipping location.

The package, when received, exceeded expectations. The snowman ornament was beautifully made and it was packaged nicely. The seller sent along a personalized note and mini ornament free, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated! Her artistry and sincere special touches were top notch.
